Brown rice provides naturally occurring B vitamins, key trace minerals, and inositol, supporting clean nutrition claims without added fortification. All Ortiva® Rice Milk Powders, by contrast, are based on a single-ingredient brown rice matrix engineered to deliver consistent functionality and stability during thermal processing, including retort temperatures of up to approximately 121°C (250°F).
