Produced through controlled enzymatic hydrolysis of rice starch, Ortiva® Rice Syrups deliver predictable dextrose equivalent (DE) values that allow formulators to precisely manage sweetness intensity, viscosity, fermentability, and solids contribution. With a naturally neutral flavor profile and light color, Ortiva® Rice Syrups integrate seamlessly into formulations without masking delicate flavors.
